The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ or direction preferably Writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent nos.2 to 4 in conducting enquiry in view of representation submitted by the petitioner dts.29-4-2019 and 3-52019 for correction of revenue entries and to delete the names of unofficial respondents and to incorporate name of petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-00 gts., in Sy.No. 27/AA and further extent of Ac.1-19 gts., in Sy.No.27/AA situated at Medipally Revenue (v) Enkoor (M) Khammam District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and to delete wrong entries and to incorporate name of petitioner in respect of subject land and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

It is not open to the petitioner to seek deletion of the names of the unofficial respondents from the revenue records on the strength of their representations when a hierarchy of statutory remedies is provided for the said purpose under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

Without taking recourse to such remedies, the petitioner cannot complain of inaction on the part of the revenue authorities on his representations.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on this short ground leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the statutory remedies available to him in accordance with law, if he so chooses. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
