THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1555 of 2013 ORDER:

In this Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 3, seek quashment of the Proceedings in FIR No.10 of 2013 on the file of Basara Police Station, Adilabad District, wherein they were alleged to have committed offences under Sections 153(A), 295(A) and 109 IPC.

When the matter has come up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has filed a copy of the Charge sheet and submitted that the police after completion of investigation laid charge sheet against the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 3 for the offences under Sections 153(A) (a), 295(A) and 109 IPC and in view of it, the instant petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.10 of 2013, has become infructuous and hence, it may be dismissed. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. A perusal of the Charge sheet shows that police after investigation laid charge sheet on 29.12.2014 against the petitioners. Hence, the present Petition to quash the FIR, has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
