HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.2037 of 2016 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 24.6.2014 in Writ Petition No.25653 of 2008. The learned Government Pleader (Assignments) placed on record the endorsement dted 30.11.2016 issued by first respondent in obedience to the order dated 24.6.2014. After perusing the endorsement, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disobedience complained in the Contempt Case does not survive.

The statement is placed on record. Contempt Case is dismissed.
