The learned counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that in view of the fact

that interim stay granted by a Division Bench this Court in O.S.A.No.5 of 2015 on 21.12.2014, this Company Application does not survive for adjudication and he seeks liberty to file the same after disposal of O.S.A., if necessary. In view of the said submission, the Company Application is closed with the liberty as sought for.
