THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 33193 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The inaction on the part of the respondent police on the representation dated 28.09.2017 of the petitioner is questioned in this Writ Petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) has secured written instructions from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mangalhatt Police Station, wherein it has been stated that on 25.09.2017, the petitioner as well as his brother Sri Rupesh Chowdary sent complaints through post to the police station with regard to the house bearing Municipal No.

14-1-530/2, admeasuring 70 square yards situated at Chode-ki-Khaber, Kamatipura, Hyderabad. After conducting preliminary enquiry, the 3rd respondent registered a case in Crime No. 216 of 2017 on 03.10.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been further stated that earlier on 15.03.2017, the locality people, viz. one Smt. Jyothi and others have lodged a complaint against the petitioner with the 2nd respondent as regards the very same property and since it has been revealed that there are civil disputes, the locality people were advised to approach the competent civil Court for redressal of their grievance. The allegation of the petitioner that the police officials have demanded him to get the matter compromised has been denied.

In view of the above instructions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
