THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.21340 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner and his vendees over the total extent of 15,079.6 sq. yards of land situated in Sy.No.59/2, Raja Rajeshwaripet, Vijayawada, Krishna District, without following the due process of law as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
