No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.03.2016 and the matter is posted to today for dismissal. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
