HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1859 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against A1 and A2 in PRC No.7 of 2010 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gudivada. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners/A1 and A2 sought permission to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file petition to discharge the accused before the trial Court.

3) Permission is accorded.

4) This Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In case the petitioners file the petition seeking their discharge before the trial Court, the said Court shall pass an order on merits expeditiously. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
