While the matter came up for hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor represented that the investigating authority filed charge sheet in Crime No.17 of 2014 and the same was numbered as C.C. No.249 of 2015.

2) In the result, the criminal petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition questioning the cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate by filing part-II case diary and other relevant material. 3 ) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
