When the matter is taken-up, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced a copy of the proceedings dated 28.04.2O2),, wherein the request of the petitioner \.\ as considered and orders were passed. Learned Assistant Government pleader informs the Court that copy was served on 3O.O4.2a21. However, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, the said copy was received on 05.07.2021. Be that as it may, when decision is already made and communicated to the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out remedies as available in law, if so advised against the decision of Collector. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
