HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7529 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.871 of 2012 on the file of VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the case status of the lower court and submitted that the case has been disposed of on 15.09.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.871 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
