THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.174 OF 2018 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner-wife to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.39 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court Judgecum-Additional District Judge, Karimnagar and transfer the same to the XVI Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, Malkajgiri, Medchal District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that F.C.O.P.No.39 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court Judgecum-Additional District Judge, Karimnagar be transferred to the XVI Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, Malkajgiri, Medchal District. Learned counsel for the respondent reported no objection. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case and it is a fit case to allow the petition, since the proposed transfer would be convenient to the petitioner/wife.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and F.C.O.P.No.39 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court Judge-cum-Additional District Judge, Karimnagar is withdrawn and transferred to the XVI Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, Malkajgiri, Medchal District.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
