JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No.37025 of 2013 ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition was filed assailing the e-auction notice published by the State Bank of India, the respondent, proposing to conduct the auction of the petitioner's property at Vijayawada, Krishna District, under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The petitioner was the guarantor for the loan availed from the respondent bank. While so, we are now informed by Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the respondent bank, that the loan account itself has been settled.

In that view of the matter, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.
