Raja Rama Mohan Rao, learned counsel holding for Ms. K. Udayasri, Advocate on record for the petitioner, Smt. C. Vani Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Education for respondent No.1 and Mr. Adhi Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

In pursuance of our direction, respondent No.2 - in-charge Vice Chancellor is present in Court.

Learned counsel appearing for him tenders minutes of 115th Meeting of Executive Council, Kakatiya University held on 27.6.2016 and submits that the compliance of the order dated 19.3.2015 has been made by them. The minutes of the meeting are taken on record.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Contempt Case. The Contempt Case is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
