ORDER:

Sri K. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition is no longer survived for adjudication as the 1st respondent had already passed final orders, and hence the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved by the final order passed by the

respondent, he is at liberty to avail the remedies available under law, if he has not already availed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
