This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 18-11-2014, in W.P.No.17117 of 2014, by the respondents.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for both the parties have submitted that the abovementioned order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents by declaring the result of

B.Tech I year Course of the petitioner and that, therefore, the cause in this Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submissions of the learned Counsel for the parties, this Contempt Case is closed.
