Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue a Writ or direction preferably a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent University in not issuing Hall Ticket to the petitioner to write the Examination for PG Degree to be held from 28-4-2009 to 4-5-2009 as illegal and arbitrary."
At the hearing, Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1- University, submitted that as the academic course of the petitioner has been completed, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Counsel for the petitioner is not present to oppose this submission.
In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1University, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 23-04-2009, is vacated and WPMP.No.11124 of 2009 is disposed of as infructuous.
