HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11586 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed an Appeal against the proceedings in R.C.B.1201/2015 dated 30.01.2017 passed by the 4th respondent under Section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905 before the 3rd respondent on 27.02.2017 along with stay petition. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till such time, status-quo obtaining as on today shall maintained by both the parties. No costs.
