THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHAKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.22380 OF 2009 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the respondents to implement the orders of the Special Court under A.P.Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, in L.G.C.No.81/96, dt.24.10.1997 and for consequentially direct the respondents to pass orders on the representations submitted by the petitioners, dt.10.11.1997, November 1998, 27.11.1999, 14.10.2000 and 26.05.2008.

This Court while admitting the writ petition, dt.20.10.2009 granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.29070 of 2009 to the following effect:

"There shall be interim direction to the respondents to consider the representations purported to have been made by the petitioners and others on 10.11.1997, in the month of November 1998, on 27.11.1999, 14.10.2000, 26.05.2008 and pass appropriate orders, as per law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the order copy to the petitioners".

The main prayer in the writ petition and prayer made

in the interim application are one and the same. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of the interim order. However, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if not already passed, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
