THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2333 of 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Cr.No.5 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Chinnakodur Police Station, Medak District. At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer filed charge sheet in the said matter before the concerned Court on 26.03.2015. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
