THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12535 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A4 and A5 in C.C. No.1077 of 2007 on the file of the court of II Metropolitan Magistrrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a direction to the trial court to dispose of the matter as early as possible. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the matter is of the year 2007, the trial court is hereby directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
