HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.17706 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed against the order dated 23-04-2016 passed by the 4th respondent on the application filed by the petitioner seeking permission to dig a bore-well as per the provisions of A.P.WALTA Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is vague and no reasons are given.
Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. A perusal of the impugned order goes to show that the 4th respondent has passed the same without application of mind and no proper reasons are recorded in it. As such on that ground only that impugned order can be set aside and the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
