This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.228 of 2015 of Humayunnagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 I.P.C. and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature. The victim girl is aged about 14 years only. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
