The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to renew his request before the trial Court at an appropriate time.

Reserving the said liberty, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
