This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.35 of 2019 of Women Police Station, Charminar, Hyderabad.

When the matter up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 submits that as the charge sheet has already been filed in the above crime, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
