When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners had informed this Court that the bank had provided temporary employment to the 2nd respondent as temporary part time Sweeper in compliance of the orders of the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court at Hyderabad in I.D.C.I.D.No.98 of 2002.

Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent is being engaged with the petitioners. Since both the parties have informed this Court that the orders passed by the Tribunal in I.D.C.I.D.No.98 of 2002 have been complied with, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
