THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.9884 OF 2018 DATED :28.03.2018 Between :

Golamaru Mallamma W/o.Late Lakshmi Reddy, Aged 65 yrs, Occu : Cultivation, R/o.Chinna Dornala Village, Pedda Dornala Mandal, Prakasam District.

.. Petitioner And State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep., by its Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravathi, Guntur District & others.

.. Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.9884 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader.

2.

This writ petition is filed alleging inaction of the respondents on the application made by the petitioner for grant of E-Pattadar pass book and title deed, though the application is submitted in Form-VI A.

3.

As seen from the material on record, petitioner filled up Form VI-A proforma and sent the same by enclosing a representation by registered post. The State has dispensed with the system of filing applications physically and the persons are required to submit such application through online web portal of the State. Apparently, no such application is filed by the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to contend that submission of application through online web portal requires No Objection Certificate and as No Objection Certificate is not issued, he could not make such application. Issuance of No Objection Certificate is entirely different aspect. The prayer in the writ petition is with reference to non-consideration of application for mutation and issuance of E-Pattadar Passbook and title deed. For the reasons stated above, no such relief can be granted. 5.

Thus, Leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedies, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

- 3 - Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
