This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondentsherein from preventing cropping up of illegal structures and unplanned multi storied buildings in Nandigama Village of Krishna District as illegal, unjust, contrary to law and in violation of fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 21 and the protective goals prescribed under the directive principles of State Policy in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case"

Heard.

The averments in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition are vague and general in nature without any specific allegations and more so, the petitioner has not approached the Authorities before filing the present writ petition and no Mandamus can be issued straightaway.
