Petitioners' grievance is that they had made an application for grant of lay out on 18.11.2015 to the 2nd respondent and in spite of reminders given by the petitioners on 04.03.2017 and 15.02.2018, the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Sri P.Jagadish Chandra Prasad, Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioners' application for grant of layout within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. 3.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' application for grant of layout within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
