Heard.

The revision petition is disposed of before admission instead of keeping the matter pending by holding that the order of the lower court is not sustainable and the same is set aside, permitting the Judgment debtor to adduce his evidence, if any, by coming to witness box before the lower Court. It is needless to say the rebuttal evidence of the decree holder is also permitted to adduce to decide afresh by the lower Court.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
