Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader.

Petitioner claims to have succeeded before the Joint Collector, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, with reference to entries in the revenue records to an extent of Ac.1-04 cents in Sy.No.630/2 of Nuzvid Town and Mandal, Krishna District. In this writ petition petitioner seeks enforcement of the order of Joint Collector and to reflect her name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass book and title deeds.

If it is the case of enforcement of the order of Joint Collector, petitioner has to avail the remedies before the Joint Collector. Petitioner has to file application before the Joint Collector seeking enforcement of his order and to issue appropriate directions to his subordinates. Petitioner cannot convert the writ Court jurisdiction into enforcement agency of the order of the Joint Collector and more so, without availing appropriate remedies. It cannot be said that the Joint Collector is without power to enforce his own order. 4.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek enforcement of the order of the Joint Collector, if the same is in force, by making appropriate application before the Joint Collector, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
