It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, when the validity of adhoc rule notified in G.O.Rt.No.419, dated 29-08-2017 was challenged, Division Bench of this Court disposed of WP.No.36975 of 2017 and Batch, by its order dated 08-11-2017 permitting the petitioners therein to make a representation afresh to the competent authority and the competent authority is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioners. The same is not disputed by Sri D.Bala Kishan Rao appearing for the 3rd respondent.
In view of the same, following the same, the writ petition is disposed of as under:
"It is open for the petitioners to submit a representation afresh to the 1st respondent. In case such a representation is submitted, the 1st respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and communicate his decision to the petitioners herein, within two months from the date of receipt of their representation."
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 09-04-2018 Nvl
