Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh filed a copy of judgment in C.C.No.422 of 2011, on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Prathipadu, which is based on the impugned proceedings in Crime No.59 of 2011 of Prathipadu Police Station. In the said judgment dated 5.8.2014, A1 and A2 were found not guilty and they were acquitted. The present petitioner is A1 in the above C.C.No.422 of 2011 and hence, this petition has become infructuous.
