THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.7695 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) From the material placed before us there is no document annexed to the writ petition showing that Members of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of the State of Andhra Pradesh have been appointed in place and instead of the petitioners herein.

In the circumstances, it is a premature action and hence the writ petition is closed. However, it would be open for the petitioners to approach as and when they are affected by any action of the State of Andhra Pradesh on this issue.
