HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.17735 OF 2003 ORDER:
Sri B. Manoj Kumar, Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, has informed the Court that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition even before attaining the age of 50 years, and she has been granted pension on attaining the age of 50 years and the respondents are continuously paying pension to the petitioner from the moment the petitioner has attained the age of eligibility. Counsel for the petitioner also not disputed about the above submissions of the Standing Counsel.
In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive, as the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and the petitioner has been receiving pension.
