The case of the petitioner is that though the 5th respondent does not belong to B.C. category, he obtained B.C. certificate and contested in election and was declared as elected. As such, the petitioner gave a complaint on 22.02.2019 to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and Panchayat Raj. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider and dispose of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 22.02.2019, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to affected parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
