Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport appearing for respondents. 2.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.01-09-2017 in W.P.No.29630 of 2017, wherein this Court had followed the order dt.28-08-2017 in W.P.No.28795 of 2017.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the 2nd respondent for release of its vehicle bearing No.PY-05A-4701 and on such application being made, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three (03) days thereafter. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
