HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.26730 of 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent has contended that the petitioner is challenging the suspension orders and this Court was pleased to grant interim suspension of the suspension orders on 24.12.2003, and in view of the said interim orders, no further orders are necessary.

This Court, having considered the said submission, is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
