THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17051 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a civil suit.

Learned Government Pleader undertakes to inform the Mandal Educational Officer not to disperse the retirement benefits to any one for a period of one week from today. Recording the above, permission is accorded.

In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file a civil suit. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
