HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3024 of 2022 O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 (2) Cr.P.C is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the II Additional Sessions Judge, Suryapet in Criminal Petition No.114 of 2020 in Crime No.95 of 2022 of P.S.Chivvemla, whereunder while granting bail directed the petitioner/accused No.2 to surrender his passport before the Magistrate Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that depositing of passport would amount to impounding of passport. This argument has absolutely no basis. However, as and when the petitioner intends to travel abroad he shall move the trial court and the trial court, after being satisfied with the request for travel of the petitioner, shall grant such permission on terms and conditions as the trial court feels fit and proper.
