THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No.500 of 2008 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) When this matter was taken up for hearing on 01.06.2016, Sri P. Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel on record for the appellant, informed the Court that he has no instructions to appear in the matter, as he ceased to be the standing counsel for the appellant company. However, as there was no other representation on behalf of the appellant, the matter was directed to be posted 'For Dismissal' on 07.06.2016.

Today, the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal' but, there is no representation for the appellant when the matter is taken up.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
