This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 419 of 2007 on the file of Humayun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 337 and 304-A IPC on various grounds. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Telangana informed that Crime No. 419 of 2007, filed against the petitioner, was closed on 12.2.2015, due to lack of evidence. When the Crime itself is closed, the question of proceeding further against the petitioner does not arise. Therefore, this Criminal Petition has become infructuous in view of the closure of Crime No. 419 of 2007 on the file of Humayun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad.
