THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.27693 OF 2017 ORDER:

Sri K. Rathangapani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, filed a latter dated 05.08.2019 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy if a fresh cause of action arises.
