This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order, dated 21.09.2016, passed in I.A No.704 of 2016 in O.P.No.136 of 2016 on the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel appearing for both parties submits that the parties have entered into compromise after filing of this revision. 3.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
