HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.416 of 2008 ORDER:

On 24.2.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the registry was directed to list the matter under the caption of dismissal. On 2.3.2016, even though the matter was listed under the caption of dismissal, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On 8.3.2016, at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned and the registry was directed to release the matter from the caption of dismissal. Thereafter, on 14.3.2016, 22.3.2016 and 29.3.2016, when the matter was listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
