The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject C.C.No.241 of 2012 on the file of VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for Economic Offences cases, Hyderabad, at Nampally, was disposed of on 12.04.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in the said C.C.
