3. Learned Assistant Government pleader for I Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner hled the present writ petition I I questioning the action of the respondent No.!) in I I I conducting public auction of the petitioner,s paddy .l 1266.262 Mts on 25.04.2023.

4. At the stage of admission, this Court has not i granted any interim order to stop the public auction conducted by the respondent-authorities and the said auction was completed. In view of the same, the cause of action does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter, thereby, the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the Iearned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
