ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 06.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4442 of 2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 06.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4442 of 2018, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 08.01.2020 on the ground that he was not qualified in the physical fitness test.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 08.01.2020, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
