This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 1st Respondent in not granting permission under Section 20 of the A.P. Education Act, 1982 duly granting permission to the Petitioner college for starting new B.El.Ed college and the consequential action of the Respondents in not granting affiliation to the Petitioner college and non-inclusion in the Ed-CET counselling for the academic year 2016-17, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of the provisions of the NCTE Act, 1993, contrary to the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.

26870/2016 & batch, and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to grant permission to the Petitioner college, with a consequential direction to the Respondent No.4 to grant provisional affiliation to the Petitioner College to conduct the B.El.Ed Course for the academic year 2016-17, in view of the recognition granted by the Respondent No.6, and for consequential direction to the Respondents to include the counselling of B.El.ED., for allotment of students to the Petitioner college and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is called, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 16.09.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26870 of 2016 and batch and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper. It is further submitted that the said common order was carried in appeals and the said appeals also ended in dismissal and a copy of the said order of the Division Bench is also placed on record. 3.

Following the above said common order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed, in terms of the above said common order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
