This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, challenging the docket order, dated 10.12.2018, passed in I.A.No.1450 of 2014 in L.A.O.P.No.41 of 2014, by the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, whereby, the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act to issue cheque for Rs.4,29,939/ -, pursuant to the award passed in L.A.O.P.No.41 of 2014, was dismissed. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

A perusal of the docket order, dated 10.12.2018, reveals that while dealing with the subject interlocutory application, the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge held that no award was passed in relation to the L.A.O.P.No.41 of 2014 and that the subject interlocutory application is premature. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner could not place or show a copy of the award passed in L.A.O.P.No.41 of 2014. Under these circumstances, no direction, as sought, can be given to the respondent-Land Acquisition Officer to deposit the compensation amount. The Court below was justified in passing the impugned order. There is no illegality or infirmity in the order under challenge. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
